Descemetorhexis for Fuchs’ dystrophy
Dr. Moloney is currently chief investigator in a study of a new surgical intervention for Fuchs’ Dystrophy. The goal of the study is to determine whether some patients with Fuchs’ dystrophy can be managed without a corneal transplant. The study is being conducted through the corneal clinic at Sydney Eye Hospital. This study has been approved by the Human Research Ethics Committee at Prince of Wales Hospital, with reference number HREC 14/238. For more information please contact our office.
